Parkshore Property Owners Association (PPOA) is an association of four neighborhoods in Fishers, Indiana comprised of Plantana, Auburn Springs, Rosewood and Northpoint.
Amenities available to residents of these neighborhoods include the pool, park, tennis court, basketball court and jogging path. Parkshore neighborhoods are located within the boundaries of the award-winning Hamilton Southeastern (HSE) school district.

NEW POOL ACCESS REQUIREMENTS IN PLACE

Effective Friday, 7/3/26, the Parkshore POA will begin requiring all residents to show a photo ID with address or some other proof of residency to enter and use the pool. You will still use the FOB to access the building. Residents will be permitted to bring a total of three (3) guests per day.
Pool hours are 10 am - 8 pm daily until school starts and then will be 4 - 8 pm on weekdays and 10 am - 8 pm on weekends.
Monthly PPOA Meeting

Monthly meeting of the Parkshore POA board. These meetings are open to the public and will be held both in-person with a virtual option.
Parkshore POA Monthly Meeting- Second Monday of the month at 6:30 PM PM at the Fishers Community Center on Johnson Farm Way.

President's Note
E-BIKES BANNED IN THE PARKSHORE PARK
The Parkshore POA board voted to approve a ban on all motorized bicycles and scooters within the Parkshore Park, effectively immediately. This ban will not apply to power assisted mobility devices or to children's powered vehicles. Signs will be placed at all of the park entrances to remind residents.
