Parkshore Property Owners Association (PPOA) is an association of four neighborhoods in Fishers, Indiana comprised of Plantana, Auburn Springs, Rosewood and Northpoint.
Amenities available to residents of these neighborhoods include the pool, park, tennis court, basketball court and jogging path. Parkshore neighborhoods are located within the boundaries of the award-winning Hamilton Southeastern (HSE) school district.

New and Improved Version of KMC Connect

COMING 12/1! KMC is rolling out a new version of KMC Connect to our residents that will offer improved communications and ease of use, including both an online portal and mobile app. More information to follow.
Monthly PPOA Meeting

Monthly meeting of the Parkshore POA board. These meetings are open to the public and will be held both in-person with a virtual option.
Parkshore POA Monthly Meeting- Second Monday of the month at 6:30 PM PM at the Fishers Community Center on Johnson Farm Way.
All scheduled meetings and the link to the Zoom invite can be found on the Parkshore POA Facebook page under the Events tab.

President's Note
2026 BUDGET PROPOSAL HAS BEEN APPROVED
The PPOA Board voted to approve the 2026 Operating and Reserve budgets at the Annual Meeting, held on 11/1025. There will be a $10 increase for the coming year, making the annual dues $535.
