About Us

Parkshore Property Owners Association is an association comprised of the residents of four neighborhoods in Fishers, Indiana. Parkshore includes Plantana, Auburn Springs, Rosewood and Northpoint.

Amenities available to residents of these neighborhoods include the pool, park, playground, tennis court, basketball court and jogging path. Parkshore neighborhoods are located within the boundaries of the award-winning Hamilton Southeastern school district and Fishers High School.

One highlight of our neighborhood is our beautiful park. There is a great playground area for the kids including swings, slides and a see-saw. The older kids will enjoy exploring the many trees that shade the park and an open field area that is great for a pick-up game of football, kickball or even just playing catch with a frisbee. People of all ages can enjoy the basketball court, tennis court and especially the pool. The park is surrounded by a paved walking path that is one-fifth of a mile (one-third of a mile if you continue around the pool as well) that is great for jogging while the kids play on the playground.  Dogs are welcome to go for a walk with you as well as long as they are on a leash.  "Doggie waste bags" and disposal areas are located in the park. The park is located inside of the Plantana subdivision and very near to Auburn Springs. This park is available to all Parkshore residents and their guests.

Located at the park in the center of the neighborhood is our wonderful pool. The pool is generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. When coming to the pool, please remember to bring your pool key and a photo ID. Only residents who are current on their association dues will be allowed to access the pool.
